1 Introduction

• You must not already hold an existing Account on the KongBet platform. Only one Account per person, household, IP address, and payment method is permitted.

4 Account Registration & Verification

Registration on the KongBet platform requires you to provide accurate personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Malaysian mobile number. All information provided must be truthful and consistent with your official identity documents.

Following registration, KongBet may require you to complete a KYC verification process before processing withdrawal requests or unlocking full account functionality. KYC documentation typically includes a government-issued photo identification (e.g., Malaysian National Identification Card, passport) and proof of address (e.g., utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months).

You are solely responsible for:

KongBet will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from KongBet that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

5 Terms of Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, KongBet grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Access the Platform using automated tools, bots, scrapers, or scripts;
• Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without express written authorisation from KongBet;

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

KongBet supports deposits and withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via a range of locally integrated payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, and FPX. Availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

6.1 Deposits

• All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per period; current limits are published on the Platform's deposit page.
• KongBet does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposited funds are credited to your Account upon confirmation from the relevant payment gateway.

6.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods in the same name as the registered Account holder.
• Completion of KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed.
• KongBet targets withdrawal processing within 60 minutes for e-wallet withdrawals and within the same business day for bank transfers, subject to verification checks and payment network availability.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

KongBet offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual promotion. The following general principles apply to all KongBet bonus offers unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times (e.g., X10, X15, X20) before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: When playing with an active bonus, the maximum permitted bet per round or game event is typically capped between MYR 250 and MYR 500. Exceeding this limit may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to the wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games such as Baccarat, Blackjack, and Roulette typically contribute 10–20%. The full contribution schedule is available on the promotions page.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses not wagered within the stated validity period (commonly 7, 14, or 30 days from award date) will be cancelled automatically along with any associated winnings.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Certain bonuses carry a maximum withdrawable amount derived from bonus play. This limit is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless expressly stated in a specific promotion.
• Abuse Prevention: KongBet reserves the right to cancel any bonus and associated winnings where it reasonably determines that the bonus has been claimed through fraudulent means, in breach of these Terms, or as part of coordinated bonus abuse activity.

8 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all wagers placed on the KongBet platform, covering both casino games and sports betting markets:

• All bets are final once confirmed. KongBet does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed wagers.
• KongBet reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or under conditions that resulted from a technical error, software malfunction, or human input error — whether by KongBet staff or an external data provider.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or sporting event, KongBet's records shall be the definitive reference. Decisions made by KongBet's adjudication team are final, subject to any formal dispute resolution process outlined in these Terms.
• Sports betting markets are subject to additional sport-specific rules published on the relevant market pages. For Liga Super Malaysia and EPL markets, standard football betting conventions apply unless stated otherwise.
• KongBet reserves the right to limit or restrict maximum stake sizes on individual accounts or markets where warranted by risk management considerations.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the KongBet platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform for any commercial or professional gambling service, including syndicate betting operations.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the KongBet platform — including but not limited to the KongBet brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of KongBet or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are not permitted to copy, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, transmit, or distribute any content from the KongBet platform without prior written consent from KongBet. Any unauthorised use of KongBet intellectual property constitutes an infringement and may result in legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, KongBet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the KongBet platform — including but not limited to gambling losses, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

12 Responsible Gambling

• Loss limits, restricting the maximum amount that can be lost within a defined period.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

KongBet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account — without prior notice and without liability — in the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;

Upon Account closure for reasons other than confirmed fraud or terms breach, KongBet will endeavour to return any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) to the Account holder via their registered payment method, subject to applicable verification procedures.

14 Amendments to These Terms

KongBet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address on file or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the KongBet platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. If you do not agree with any changes, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure through our support team.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
